A new flavour – Savoursmiths Review

Savoursmiths is a manufacturer of Potato Chips (Crisps) in the United Kingdom established in September 2016

Savoursmiths has been launched by Russell Smith Farms based in Cambridgeshire and makes the crisps with (unpeeled) potatoes and rapeseed oil, harvested from their own farm.

The range now has five flavours in the range such as champers and serrano chilli, truffle and rosemary, parmesan and port; and the Japanese inspired wagyu beef with honey and mustard.  The newest one is Desert Salt.

I created a review regarding the above flavours which you can read here

The new flavour Desert Salt is amazing.  I was sent a sample to review.  They are, to be fair, the nicest tasting crips I have had for a long while.  Savoursmiths have said

” Yes we know we said ‘bid farewell’ to anything salted, but we have found a salt so far from ordinary that we threw away the rule book …..”

They have succeeded.   The crisps are not too salty. There is enough to give a flavour.  They are made from home-grown British postatoes which makes these audacious, eccentric English snacks have flamboyant flavours.

This new flavour is totally amazing.

Go on, buy and try some.
