After being sent a sample of Mozart White Chocolate Vanilla Cream, from 31Dover.com, I wanted to create an alternative pudding for Easter. As this is a white chocolate Vanilla liqueur, this is my variation on a Tiramisu.
Block of Madeira Cake or Home Made (thinly sliced)
Half a mug of quite strong black coffee
Tablespoon of Chambourd Liqueur
250g pot of Marscapone
300ml of Double Cream
2 Tablespoons of Mozart White Chocolate Vanilla Cream (From 31Dover.com)
2 Packets of white chocolate buttons
Place a thin layer of cake onto the bottom of the bowl.
After mixing the Chambourd into the black coffee spoon a little of the mixture over the cake.
In a bowl place the cream, marscapone and Mozart White Chocolate Vanilla Cream. Using an electric whisk, whisk until stiff.
Spoon a little of the mixture over the cake. Place another layer of Madeira cake on top of the cream and spoon over the coffee chambourd mix, then another layer of the White Chocolate Vanilla Cream mix. Continue this until you have used all your mixtures and finish with a layer of the White Chocolate Vanilla cream mix.
Place white chocolate buttons onto the top and place in the fridge to chill until ready to eat.
