Weekend Make ....... Palmiers
1 packet of ready rolled puff pastry
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Heat over to gas mark 7
Roll out the pastry and with a pastry brush, brush over with milk. In a bowl put the suagr and cinnamon and stir together. Sprinkle most of the mixture over the pastry.
Fold the right side to the middle and the left side to the middle.
Repeat with milk and a little more sugar mix.
Again fold both side into the middle.
Then fold in half.
Cut into circles and pinch the bottom to make a heart shape.
Flatten lightly and place on a baking tray.
Bake for about 10 =- 15 minutes or until golden.
Leave to cool and serve with fresh fruit, cream or ice cream.
