My Weekend make - Croissants filled with salad and prawns in a smoked paprika sauce
Croissant (either shop bought or home made)
Smoked Paprika (Good Shake)
Baby leaf lettuce
Make the sauce by putting some mayonnaise, a ddash of tomato sauce and a good shake of smoked paprika. Stir in the prawns.
Cut the croissant in half and lightly toast.
Place on a plate. Put on some baby leaf lettuce. Cut the tomatoes in half and place on top of the lettuce.
Pour on the prawns and sauce. Replace the croissant lid.
Eat and enjoy.
